The California PBIS Coalition (CPC) is a collaborative organization using evidence-based, culturally relevant practices to build the capacity for all stakeholders in the implementation of PBIS as a multi-tiered system following the National PBIS Blueprints for professional development, implementation, and evaluation.
Check & Connect is an intervention used with K-12 students who shows warning signs of disengagement with school and who are at risk of dropping out. At the core of Check & Connect is a trusting relationship between the student and a caring, trained mentor who both advocates for and challenges the student to keep education salient. Students are referred to Check & Connect when they show warning signs of disengaging from school, such as poor attendance, behavioral issues, and/or low grades.
Collaborative Learning Solutions (CLS) partners with educational agencies to provide innovative solutions addressing the social-emotional wellness of students and staff. As a thought partner, CLS builds customized frameworks using a variety of methodologies and strategies that challenge the status quo, disrupt antiquated thinking, and change the trajectory of marginalized students.
Emergent Tree Education provides training, coaching, and software within a multi-tiered framework for behavior supports. ETE believes in providing behavioral solutions with a systems focus and an instructional approach. Grounded in the foundations of behavior science, ETE supports and services make a positive impact on individual students and the whole school community.
Florida Tech’s Continuing Education offers courses in ABA. Students receive the coursework necessary for certification and CE courses to maintain certification. Dr. Jose Martinez-Diaz shares his passion and dedication to helping improve the lives of others by providing students with the education to master the concepts and principles of ABA.
Lions Quest is an evidence-based PreK-12 Social and Emotional Learning program (SEL) that promotes positive behavior, connection to school, character education, bullying prevention, drug awareness, and service-learning. Lions Quest is evidence-based, proven effective, and designed to be easily implemented with fidelity.
Little Johnny is a philosophy that enables educators to close the gap between general and special education students. Educators prescribe and create specific academic, behavioral, and social goals using PBIS strategies.
